Unfortunately, Emily Neumann does not allow free commenting on her blogsite. So here is a copy of question, her response and my follow-up:
Oh yeah?? So much for sincerity…why doesnt ITServe publish all
of the videos that were out there on youtube before they were made
public or why are the Member directory and all the other session
information links and in fact all links disappear suddenly ? Magic?
Every single one of us has seen your duplicitous partner, your employer
clients, and everything that was suggested to the employers….Your
partner actually said “There is no legal basis for putting the dates for
EB2 at Jul 2011” and wanted the employers to collect money to
lobby/file lawsuits. SHAME ON YOU. SHAME ON RAHUL REDDY and SHAME on
RNLAWGROUP. If you had any semblance of humanity and Shame, disassociate
with Rahul Reddy and Publicly come out against the morally corrupt
practices you and your lawfirm are engaging in and publish all the
“context” videos on your site. SHAME SHAME SHAME.
As far as I know, ITServe has been posting all of its videos
for the last 6 years. I don’t think they should have removed them, but
it was a knee-jerk reaction.
“There is no legal basis for putting the dates for EB2 at Jul 2011” –
this is a 100% true statement. It doesn’t mean that he was against
putting the dates to July 2011, his comment was to raise the question on
where that particular date came from. Why July 2011?
The potential lawsuit discussed was regarding the Matter of Simieo
Solutions guidance that had just been issued on July 21, 2015. Had that
lawsuit been filed, it would have been to the benefit of H-1B employers,
but also H-1B employees that move to different job sites. Every time an
amendment is filed, there is a new potential for USCIS to find fault,
issue an RFE, or even deny the H-1B. Workers are constantly left
insecure wondering if the next amendment might get denied, delaying
travel because the amendment is still pending, having to try to convince
someone at the client site to issue a letter on their behalf. The group
has not filed any lawsuit, and instead sent letters to USCIS pushing
for the decision to be reversed.
But, a person convinced against their will is of the same opinion still.
I’m sure your mind is made up, regardless of what I say or do.
My comments:
1. Since you consult with ITServe, can you request them to please put the videos back
2. Of course Mr. Reddy was against putting dates to July 2011. There are two issues discussed in the videos and you are conflating them. Yes there was a discussion about the H1b amendment, but that was an aside. The focus was on the visa bulletin that allowed the new filing dates. Mr. Reddy and Mr.Manduva specify that if they let it hold then the employees will leave in 1 year instead of 5 years. How can this statement be w.r.t to the Simieo Solutions Case ?
3. In the video, Mr. Satish Manduva, specifically mentions that TechServe (in alliance with ITServe) is filing the lawsuit. So you are being bit specious when you say that "this" group has not filed a lawsuit.
4. I don't think it is a question of a person convinced against their will. It might very well be the case that you have done an excellent job in last few years and are completely unaware of how your partner Mr. Rahul Reddy is working. if that is true, may be you are better of breaking this partnership.

Satish Manduva & Rahul Reddy's Comments to ITServe
Since Reddy and Neumann Law Firm & ITServe have now made their monthly meeting videos private: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGnMgJBwBZ--3SroasXz6AA and they are claiming copy right violation on every version on the web, here are some excerpts and Q&A from the meeting.
If you want to see these videos and check the veracity of this blog, please let Rahul Reddy, Emily Neumann and ITServe alliance know about it;

ITServe Alliance (Tech Serve Lobby)" https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGnMgJBwBZ--3SroasXz6AA
Summary:
Rahul Reddy and Satish Manduva are discussing that the upcoming Executive Action to provide EADs to Green Card backlogged employees (who have maintained legal status for 10+ years) will impact their business and cause employees to move to better opportunities. They are discussing collecting money to file a lawsuit against USCIS if they provide EAD for backlogged employees.
Though this is not against law, it is completely against the spirit of legal immigrant community and unfair to American Workers because chained H1b employees put downward pressure on IT salaries.
Details
Rahul Reddy and Satish Manduva are speaking at a meeting of ITServe Alliance. They are speaking about filing a lawsuit again II40EAD Executive Action. I140-EAD was planned to part of the executive action to provide some relief to legal immigrants who have already been on h1b and green card backlog for more than 10 years. If the Executive Action had worked, many backlogged legal immigrants would get Employment Authorization Document freeing them from the chains for their IT employers and enable them to seek better salary.
In this meeting, Rahul Reddy and Satish Manduva are goading IT employers to collect money and file a lawsuit claiming if visa numbers are not available then USCIS is not supposed to be adjudicating the cases. If EAD is provided, then Satish Manduva claims that employees will leave in 1 year instead of 5+ years they serve because they will be released early from their H1b/I140 shackles..
Satish Manduva says that they are working with another organization called TechServe to file a lawsuit against the executive action. TechServe has reserved 25k/250K and ITServe has to gather rest of the money. They are asking each of the member of ITServe to contribute 1000 to get a total of 75/750K to file the lawsuit
Mr. Rahul Reddy, asks Satish Manduva to take over the case and not rely on TechServe. He wants Mr. Manduva to get the money and hire a law firm to fight over the case. At one point, Mr Reddy asks if there is any one in attendance who cannot contribute 1000 to file the lawsuit. He also says that he is going to send a list of points to speak against the Visa Bulletin.
Also, in the discussion they talk about divorcing from TechServe because of some disagreement in the past. Satish Manduva says "Some claimed companies in the foreground and We (ITServe) being in the background" , which seems to allude that their alliance is like an iceberg where there are bunch of front facing companies and other puppet master behind the screen directing this or previous lawsuit.
My Comment:
The point here is not that, the activities of these folks are illegal, but this is completely against the spirit of legal immigration. Chaining IT Employees to certain companies using H1b and I140 restriction is unethical. It is especially unethical when many of the employees have been stuck for a decade+ time frame. This hurts American workers as well because this whole charade puts a downward pressure on IT wages.
If you are a client of Reddy and Neumann lawfirm and legal immigrant, you should really ask yourself if what they are doing is ethical ? If you are an employee with any of the companies as part of IT Serve Alliance, you must know that the company is working against you to keep you chained for multiple decades.
The decision is in your hand !

Recently videos surfaced where Rahul
Reddy, (from lawfirm Reddy and Neumann) a Houston based Immigration lawyer is seen speaking at an event organized by ITServe. ITServe, is a consortium of small IT
service providers. These folks have a vested interest in keeping technology
workers tied to H1b visa. Employment Authorization Card (EAD) would give such technology workers
the ability to move to new companies and new jobs. Overall, such mobility also help American workers, as it is well known in the industry that lack of job mobility results in wage suppression.
In the video, Rahul Reddy is seen rallying owners of these small IT Firms against a recent Obama Administration effort to relieve the decade+ long green card backlogs. If you are familiar with Green Card backlogs, you know that people from nations with huge populations have a decade+ wait to get green card. Obama administration tried to ease the pain by providing I140 EAD to folks who have been maintaining legal status. However, this goes against the interest of groups like ITServe.
Clearly, the videos rattled this Reddy And Neumann lawfirm and the managers of these IT companies. They did two things to solve this nightmare:
However, it is really hard to suppress previously uploaded youtube videos. A reasonable effort on Google or visit to immigration forums should be able to give you access to the videos and prove that these lawyers are lying.
Additionally, since both Rahul Reddy and Emily Neumann would not allow opposing arguments on their posts, I had to create this site to contest their claims about videos being out of context.
That said, Lobbying is definitely not illegal, but what he does is against the interest of legal immigrants. If you are hiring his firm, do note that you are contributing to efforts against legal immigration. If he tells you that the videos are out of context, ask him to provide the full videos and you can judge yourself.

- They filed for copyright violations for every copy of the video that exists.
- Filed a one sided response on their facebook page and blog.
